The season begins in August with early Reine de Reinettes and
Gala varieties in Costières.
It continues on the same land with the Braeburn variety and the
Granny Smith variety produced under the Grannysud reference.
The Sundowner reference complements this “Southern” range of
varieties.
The Alps take over with Canada Grise, Red Delicious and Golden
ranges.
The high-lying areas provide our fruits with sweetness, firmness
and colour and confer them their famous pink face indicating
the quality of our Golden mountain variety.
Our best quality crops and our storage facilities enable us to offer
the Golden variety up to the month of August of the following
year. |
